Feel inspired by a book about Mae Jemison. This story encourages children to dream big and reach for the stars—just like Mae!

Inspired by the life of Dr. Mae Jemison—the first African American woman in space—this empowering story follows a young girl who dreams of becoming an astronaut. Despite being told her dreams are unrealistic, Mae’s determination and her parents’ encouragement help her achieve the impossible. This inspiring biography helps children believe that big dreams can lead to big accomplishments.
